Is the website preview really free?
Yes. We design your homepage so you can see the direction. If it's not for you, you don't owe anything.
When do I pay?
Websites, copywriting and automation fixes are invoiced once they're done, payable by EFT. Care plans and monthly marketing are invoiced at the start of each month.
Is there a lock-in?
No. Care plans and monthly services run month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Marketing takes time to show results, so we suggest giving a new service 3 months.
Who pays for ads?
You do, straight to Meta or Google, from an ad account in your name. Ad money never goes through us. Our fee covers the work of running the ads.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google or Facebook. What we do promise is honest work and a monthly report showing the enquiries each service brought in.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a short, plain-language agreement that sets out what's included, the price and how changes work. Monthly services start once our short service agreement is signed.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Facebook, Instagram, Google and email platforms all let you add us as a partner or manager, and you can remove us at any time. We send simple step-by-step guides.
Where are you based?
Randpark Ridge in Randburg. We work mostly with businesses in Randburg, Roodepoort, Northcliff and Honeydew, and we're happy to meet in person.
